This Privacy Policy explains how Irina Titomir (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and stores personal data when you interact with our Instagram account @irina__titomir and our Telegram bot @irinatitomir_bot.

Who is responsible

What information we collect

Directly from you: messages you send to our Telegram bot, the keyword you comment under our Instagram posts, and any details you choose to provide when contacting us.

From Instagram, through the Meta Instagram Platform API: our own account identifier and profile information, identifiers and metadata of our own published posts and reels, identifiers and text of comments left on them, and the content of direct messages exchanged with our account. We do not collect information about your Instagram account beyond what is necessary to reply to your comment or message.

From Telegram, through the Telegram Bot API: your Telegram user identifier, your username if you have one, your language setting, whether you are subscribed to our Telegram channel, and the actions you take inside the bot, such as which materials you requested.

Automatically: technical logs of requests made to our service, including timestamps and error information. These logs are used to keep the service running and are not used to profile you.

Payments: purchases are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Stripe processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

How we use this information

To deliver the materials you requested, to check whether the condition for receiving them is met, to answer your questions, to operate and debug the service, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising or automated profiling.

Who else processes the data

Meta Platforms, for the Instagram API. Telegram, for the bot and message delivery. Stripe, for payments. Our hosting provider, OVH, where the service runs. Each processes data under its own terms.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on a server under our control, and access is limited to us and to the technical contractor maintaining the service. Access tokens are stored separately from other data and are revoked when no longer needed. Telegram identifiers and delivery records are kept while the bot is in use and are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

How to request deletion of your data

Write to almazsoul8@gmail.com from any address, or send the command /delete to our Telegram bot. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once it is done. You can also revoke our access to your Instagram data at any time in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.

Children

The service is not directed at people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new date at the top.
